We simply must get this dollhouse stripped so we can begin painting, etc. The girls have waited a long time. This morning I stripped off by hand all of the electrical tape and most of the wallpaper (which is unfortunately rather hoard-like, and glued too well). I brought out a spackling chisel and some sandpaper, but I’m going to have to get a sharper chisel. It’s going to be quite a slog. It will be completely worth it in the end, though. I’m considering whether or not I will wire it again for lights. I’ll update periodically as there is progress.
