Bonus Tidbit: I told my trainer today that I had a “knitter’s physique.”
I have some of those tracks on my work out list too (mostly from the first two lists–ha!). I would add C+C Music Factory’s two big hits: Things that Make you Go Hmmm, and Gonna Make You Sweat, MC Hammer’s Hammertime, Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch’s Good Vibrations, Michael Jackson’s Smooth Criminal (I did a ballroom routine to that one years ago when I was getting ready to compete!), Ed Sheerin’s Shape of You, almost anything by Justin Timberlake (I like his collaborative songs such as Apologize and What Goes Around Comes Around), In the House of Stone and Light by Martin Page, CooleyHighHarmony by BoyzIIMen (I actually realized recently that it is a real high school!), Dance into the Light by Phil Collins (happiest song evah), Hips Don’t Lie by Shakira, & Escapade by Janet Jackson. Newsboys Going Public album is a pretty good workout album too. There’s more, but that’s all I got right now. 🙂
My weird one is to listen to the Word of Promise Gospels on the treadmill.

Yep, there are others I would like but I haven’t added them on my phone yet. Things that jump to mind: Feels So Good (Chuck Mangioni), Set on You (George Harrison), Celebration (Kool and the Gang), Classical Gas (Mason Williams), Walking on Broken Glass (Annie Lennox), This Kiss (Faith Hill), Stand (R.E.M.), etc.
