Family Chrismation

Holy Saturday is a traditional day to receive converts to the Church. Last year on this day we received a mother and daughter (who have thrown themselves in wholeheartedly!!), and this morning we received a family of eight, parents and six of their children (there are more children but they have married and live elsewhere). It was quite something to see that many people try to hold the edge of Father’s epitrachelion to walk from the narthex to the front of the church!

Many years to the newly-illumined servants of God, Peter, Augustine, Andrew, Michael, Nicholas, and the newly-illumined handmaids of God, Laurencia and Irene, and their sponsors Thomas and Irene!
