Mittens enjoyed her birthday last Monday. She’s been practicing to be two for a few months so now she has her license.
We floundered around when trying to come up with a theme and I was insistent that it not be over-the-top because she’s TWO, for crying out loud, and won’t remember a thing. We settled on her favorite thing: balloons. (She loves corn too, but we couldn’t figure out how to work that in.)
She never did blow out her candles. We had to blow them out for her.
This did not go over as well as we had expected. She was a bit weirded out by it. (I guess Teletubbies are ok on a screen, but you wouldn’t want one in your house.)
