It’s not hard. You can either knit them in the round, or flat and seam them. I do almost exclusively raglan sleeves (not hard as long as you use stitch markers).

Thanks for the tip. I’ve just begun to learn how great stitch markers are. 🙂 No knitting with needles experience yet (loom only) but I am beginning to crochet garments, shawls and one-piece ponchos.
