I finished this today and am still debating with myself about whether to add some small crocheted daisy embellishments. I kind of like it the way it is.

Praying With My Feet 
It’s lovely as it, but daisies are lovely too! It would give it a retro vibe, which I’m an absolute sucker for, but since I have no kiddies to buy this for, my opinion doesn’t count. But if you made the cardi a plus size for women and stuck a daisy on it, I’d be all over it!! I love the square neckline.
