As I mentioned a few days ago I recently had an idea to make some smaller toy censers. Mittens was starting to swing her arm in imitation of Father when she watched him cense in church, but the size I was making would have overwhelmed her stature. In addition, she would just take the charcoal out and chew on it. Yuck. I thought that perhaps a toddler version was needed.

I finally had a chance to make a prototype a few days ago. In answer to a Facebook question about its washability I ran it through a regular machine wash and dry today along with the laundry. It showed no wear or damage.
