Wool Washing September 21, 2014October 12, 2016 / matushkaanna This is not an entire fleece by any stretch of the imagination. It’s wool from native Gulf Coast sheep. Before washing: First rinse: Third rinse: First wash: Drying: I’m going to try carding with dog brushes once it’s dry. Share this:TwitterFacebookPinterestLike this:Like Loading...
It was really dirty to start with (like most are). I made one GIGANTIC mistake: I didn't go outside and beat the wool to get the foreign matter out while it was still dry. 😦 Oops! It will go better next time. LikeLike Reply
