Thank you all. I took pictures maybe 1-2 minutes apart. Once it got going, it was pretty fast. The rainbow was spotted by Ribby after we'd been outside a few minutes. It only lasted another minute after I took the pictures because the sun got too low. The extraordinary color was from TS Lee being SW of us. The “red sky in morning” rhyme doesn't work here because it's approaching from the west, not the east. That rhyme assumes that storms are going to approach you mostly from the east.
