Dollhouse Tour

I showed the exterior of the dollhouse for the 4th of July, but I haven’t shown the inside yet.

I made the teensy quilt when I was in college.

Isn’t it wonderful how we found these tiny icons? They’re wooden too.

This exquisite book was made by Pres. Magda.

The pages are actually sewn in!

  1. Wow – that's some amazing detail! Makes me what to get my hands on it and look it all over!! πŸ™‚ My oldest would be quiet impressed with that chess set… he tends to collect them and seems to have one of every size – but nothing that small!! πŸ™‚

  2. I'm glad everyone has enjoyed it! I loved my dollhouse as a child – still do actually although it doesn't live with me. I will never forget the tiny silver tray and glass punch bowl, dipper and glasses that I got for Christmas one year. All of those curtains were very simple and made one evening when I had the sewing machine out. The “curtain rods” are toothpicks, cut to size and wedged in the window frames. So easy. Now that I have a little time I need to make some more quilts and blankets.

Joy, if you want to absolutely drool over some dollhouses, look on the sidebar at Liberty Biberty. It's AMAZING. (:

  3. Anna,
I LOVE your dollhouse! I always wanted to do one, and either had a sibling too young who would choke, was in school, or had pets that would bet to them. This is beautiful!!!! I love the cross & the book the best. Well done! πŸ™‚ You made me smile- thank you for that!
    God bless!
    Love <3,
