Note: We went to bed at 4:00. The kids woke us up at 8:00.
They asked if they could have candy from their baskets.
I said, “Sure, have as much as you want. Make yourselves sick.
Just let me sleep.”

Indeed He is risen! (Didn't sleep 'til 5:30, kids up at 7… I left their baskets on their beds this year to give me a few minutes but in the long run, it didn't quite work out that way) Have a blessed week.

I love what you said at the end – too true! I'm all about letting them eat the candy up and being done with it…so long as I get to sleep in and no one burns the house down.
