Michelle at Our Little Monkeys has a prayer request and I’m passing it along:

My husband’s cousins were told that they would never be able to have children. Then she amazingly got pregnant and gave birth to a healthy baby boy, who they named Isaac.

This week, Isaac was taken to the pediatrician for his two month check-up. That was when they discovered that he has Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome: the left ventricle of his heart is too small. He was immediately taken to the hospital so that he could have surgery. While in the hospital he started having difficulty and now it seems that his heart is so weak that the surgery may not work and he may end up needing a heart transplant.

Please pray for the family and, especially, for baby Isaac!

He is currently being flown (with his mom; his dad is driving) to a bigger hospital so that they are prepared in case he ends up needing the transplant. Please pray that the surgery goes well, so that isn’t the case.
